Attorney at LawDeana Tomaselli
Bottaro Law Attorney, Deana Tomaselli always loved history and learning about the law. After taking a Constitution law class in high school, she decided she wanted to become a lawyer. Deana believes her role as an attorney is to advocate for injured people when they are at their lowest.
After graduating from Northeastern University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Business Administration, Deana continued her education at Roger Williams University School of Law where she earned her Juris Doctor.
Deana enjoys helping injured clients battle the insurance company. She finds it rewarding when her clients express their gratitude at the end of a case. One of Deana’s proudest moments as an attorney was when she settled a difficult dog bite case for the policy limit of $300,000.00 on behalf of a young boy and his family.
Deana is an active member of her church and involved with her daughter’s school. She stays up to date on relevant legal issues in the community and serves on different committees within the Rhode Island Bar Association. When she’s not working, you can find Deana spending time with her daughter and her Pomeranian, Louie.
