Attorney at LawDaniel Neal

After a fellow student told him that he would never be a successful lawyer because he attended a small university, Daniel Neal was motivated to become the attorney he is today.

Daniel graduated from Monmouth University in New Jersey with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice, and with a concentration in Forensic Investigation. He went on to earn his Juris Doctor at the Roger Williams University School of Law. After graduating law school, Daniel provided pro-bono and low-bono legal services at The Rhode Island Center for Law and Public Policy as a volunteer attorney. He joined the Bottaro Law team in May of 2017.

As an attorney, Daniel enjoys getting to know his clients on a personal level. He is most proud of arguing in front of the Rhode Island Supreme Court twice.

When he’s not working, Daniel cheers on the Yankees, Giants, Celtics, and Hurricanes. He also enjoys hiking, camping, and playing beach and indoor volleyball.
