When I was developing the Bottaro Law Firm, LLC, I wanted to create a different type of personal injury law firm. Not only did I want to take care of my client’s needs every day, I also wanted to honor the greater glory of God in displaying faith at work.
As our firm has been blessed to have grown into a leading personal injury law firm in Rhode Island and Massachusetts, we have been able to develop numerous community initiatives in addition to our financial giving.
This year, my team and I took a stand to help fight child poverty by supporting Red Nose Day. Wearing red noses and taking photos was a fun way to develop morale in the firm, but it also opened up an important conversation of how we can all help impoverished children in America.
What is “Red Nose Day?”
Red Nose Day is a campaign that began in 2015 to end child poverty by funding programs that help keep children safe, healthy, and educated. Since their debut four years ago, Red Nose Day has raised nearly $150 million and has positively impacted over sixteen million children in America and around the world.
The Red Nose encourages people to come together, share a laugh, and gives the world something to smile about. It also acts as a perfect conversation starter to discuss Red Nose Day’s goal – ending child poverty.
By using the power of entertainment, Red Nose Day brings people together to have fun and laugh, all while raising life-changing funds for the children that need it most. Throughout the years, NBC has paired up with Red Nose Day to create action-packed programs in support to Red Nose Day.
This year, it is safe to say that Red Nose Day was a success! From the hilarious rendition of Four Weddings and a Funeral to the star-studded Hollywood Game Night, Red Nose Day USA was able to raise almost $40 million!
