One day, while traversing the intersection at Cumberland and Clinton in Rhode Island, our client’s life changed forever. Our client had the green light at the intersection, so she drove on as any reasonable driver would do. While crossing the intersection, the at-fault driver blew through a red light and came crashing into our client!

She reported 10/10 pain in different parts of her back, severe pain in her abdomen, debilitating pain in both ankles, and constant bilateral headaches and brain fog. As a result, our client ultimately required three surgeries, an ankle, knee, and shoulder surgery, in an eight-month period.
